Nobody likes to ever be poorly but there are times when all of us are poorly in some way or other.

Sometimes when children are poorly it is difficult for their parents to look after them all the time. That is why we send a person to come to your house and help. The people who we send to you to help are called Carers. They are trained people who like looking after children and understand the things that you need.

All the carers look after lots of children like you and they understand the things that are best for you. They will talk to you and you will be able to tell them some of the things that you really like to do as well as those things that you don’t like so much. It is important to us that you help to decide what our Carer should do for you.

When we decide between us how best the Carer should help you we will write those things down on a list. Then we all know the things that the Carer should do and that you think these things are cool.

All our Carers are really nice and friendly people and are trained to help wash and dress children if that is what you want. They can also help feed children as well or just look after you whilst your parents are out. However our Carers help you, they will try not to embarrass you in any way and you can always be sure that they will be very private about the time that they have spent with you.

Our Carers will treat you with a lot of kindness and will be really easy to talk to and to get along. They will work with you to help you with any day to day things that may help you and make every visit something that you really look forward to.
