The Home From Hospital group of companies grew out of our founder’s desire to ensure that people who return home from hospital are as well looked after as possible. We want to make sure that people have the independence and dignity they want in their own homes, and that any care needs they have, or develop, are not overlooked simply because they are at home rather than in a hospital environment.

Our business has grown into two divisions: HFH Consulting, which provides an excellent medical expert witness service, and HFH Homecare, which provides domiciliary care to people at home, and also a complex case management service.
